Our borrowers typically include first-time owner-user buyers, experienced developers, sponsors, and real estate professionals seeking flexible financing for acquisitions, refinances, or construction projects.

We take a common-sense approach to underwriting, with no minimum FICO credit score and no maximum debt-to-income ratio, allowing us to focus on the strength of the asset and the overall project potential rather than rigid metrics.

While we lend throughout the United States, our primary market focus remains California, where we have deep market knowledge and longstanding relationships.
